Over the past two weeks, we had gigs at Zaanfolk in Wormerveer and the Pianist in Amsterdam.
Unfortunately, Tijn couldn’t make it to Zaanfolk, so Nicolaas and Wesley did the gig with just the two of them. It was a lovely festival and there was dancing in the Melterij to our songs and tunes. We played for about an hour in the evening and then made room for two other bands to conclude the evening’s festivities. Many thanks to Huib, Ingeborg and Jaco for hosting and organizing this event and we hope to be back next edition.
We also did an evening’s gig in De Pianist in Amsterdam. If you don’t know it: this is a lovely little music-oriented bar near the Westergasfabriek. We encountered a lovely listening audience who were also up for a little audience participation and definitely looked like they were enjoying themselves. As were we.
